This Turnigy Balance Charger can be used to balance charge 2 cell or 3 cell LiPo batteries. It's simple to use, and operates from a 12 volt power supply such as a car battery or 12 volt mains power supply (not included).
LED indicators show Power On, Charging, Charge Complete, Faulty Cell.
